Thats just it with him..

He would get dropped then come back into the team and give absolutely everything and chase around and make passes. You would then walk away from the match saying how good he was and that you hoped he would maintain the level of performance.

Within a fortnight he would then appear completely annonymous. I dont think mullers has ever mad the most of his talent, and i dont think he ever applied himself for any consistent period of time. I often felt like he was a passenger for games at a time.
