Unless I have a change of heart over the weekend, I will not renew my season ticket

Unless the doctors can do something significant about my angina, I really don't think I could go to more than half of the games if that because of the effect cold and wet has on it - no point going if I'm really uncomfortable throughout and worrying about being taken ill 200 miles from home. Also needing to pay for a hotel for every game and most of the weekend spent travelling.

Shame, I have had that seat behind the River End goal for 24 seasons. Might make it back for a few matches in September and October.

On the plus side, I will save money and when I look at replacing my car in the Autumn I will not have to think about several thousand miles on the M3/M25/M11 every year. I would probably have stopped after next season anyway, was just aiming at 25 years.
