I don't know what context your anxiety post was in the other day

but I had poor anxiety for a long time from 19 to 30 (ish)

2 pretty good bits of advice if you have it though

During the day, breathe in for the count of 6, breathe out for the count of 6 until it subsides

Night time/trying to sleep? Counting thing doesn't work because you'll stay awake cos of the concentration of the numbers.

Night time = Breathe deeply in through the nose, out with the mouth. In the silent hours this will like waves as well as relaxing you
