Ironic Wes's first and last NCFC manager always played him out wide

Always been a waste to ask Wes to track overlapping fullback's. Not his game. Central with a free role to get on the ball and dictate play was where he shined.

Still think a few sides in the Championship could get another year out of him but it will need a manager to understand his best position and not waste his energy.
