Not that this is particularly down to Trump(*), it's the SK president and the fact the NK's have had a catastrophic set back in their nuclear programme

(*but being the egotist he is, he has grabbed the opportunity brilliantly. I don't think Clinton, Bush or Obama would have done so in quite this fashion)
