Im looking for a manager to make players better....

We have been all over the place this season.
Started with a back 4 playing out from the back.... conceded too many... went to a back 5.....stopped conceding.... got a few 1-0 results then couldn't score because of lack of chances created....now going back to a back 4 again.....not sure we know the best formation...
