PM BWOD; re M25 - time of day and werkday/weekend?

M25 can be apain anytime but certain times are worse in a particular direction.

I would probably advise anticlockwise via Dartford crossing (pay tolls online within 24 hours).

Weekday morning peak is pretty slow though between J4 and J7 so probably some queuing.

Clockwise via Heathrow can be bad in the afternoon peak and the section between M40 and M3 is notorious morning and afternoon peak.

Sunday evenings can be hell at the Dartford crossing so beware.
