Youre not going to attract the best bright ypung things if there is no career path to the premier league

We need the next Maddisons to see that we are a viable route into a solid first team and a viable route from there to a PL club

We are not rich or good enough to be an end goal in ourselves

If we dont sell our prospects when good opportunities arise, and they languish as Champ players or L1 loans, we wont get decent prospects wanting to upsticks from their homes to move to Norfolk. They'll just pick another acadamy.
