Last night

Wasn't sure whether or not to go all the way to Sunderland for a meaningless game, but after Villa on Saturday I thought it might be good night.
Turned into a bit of a shambles.
We had good possession in the first half, but we were very sloppy and too casual with the passing. Murphy had one of his indifferent nights, as bad last night as he was good on Saturday. We had chances to put the game to bed but didn't. Lucky they missed a penalty, and we cleared one off the line when we lost possession in midfield.
Farke made two changes at half time, must be a first, going to 3 CBs, withdrawing Wes and Husband. Result was we were outnumbered in midfield and it was only a matter of time before they scored. Farke then went back to 2CB and brought on Srbeny. We scored through a cool finish by Ivo but even in the last two minutes we missed to great chances and hit the woodwork. Should have won in the end.
Did not like all the arguing among the players when things were going wrong.
Think we have seen the last of Husband, he was poor.
Reed worked his socks off. Pity some of the others didn't.
Sh*t* journey home. M1 closed in two places, long diversions. Got home at 3am.
Not sure I will do mid-week to Sunderland/Middlesborough/Newcastle next season.
