....easy & quick. Money re-credited in two weeks. Impressed how painless it was. Trouble is I don't think its a good example. All the credit card companies were geared up for the claims following the airline folding and had a process ready. Easy enough to prove you had booked flights. If you are claiming on faulty goods or failing to provide goods then might take up to a few months I fear.
