DF: "It was an outstanding goal from Josh. It was beautiful and important. It was good for his confidence and important for the game." #ncfc
DF: "Josh does a lot of extra training on his shooting and when you work hard you get your well-deserved credit." #ncfc
DF: "The table doesn't lie after 41 games. We are mid-table but with no concerns for relegation. Two or three wins would have put us in the play-offs mix." #ncfc
DF: "It's important for me to be realistic. It's been a difficult season following the need for big change, and to build something for the long term." #ncfc
DF: "We've had bad really luck with injuries right from pre-season, and for a season of big change it's not been too bad. But we always want the best results we can get." #ncfc
DF: "We have a brilliant group and some brilliant young lads, and we want to build on this. We want to find some more players in the summer too." #ncfc
DF: "We are greedy for another good performance and result tomorrow. We have to be respectful of Sunderland, as they are in a difficult situation. We have to be disciplined." #ncfc
DF: "Sunderland were good in their last game against Leeds, so we know they will be fighting for their lives. We have to be calm and cool against them." #ncfc
DF: "Sunderland have some really quality players but they've also had a big change, and sometimes teams can get in trouble after a difficult season and big change." #ncfc
DF: "We have to be prepared for them being aggressive and desperate for the win, and we will be prepared." #ncfc
DF: "We still have to play without Trybull, Stiepermann and Hernandez tomorrow. Leitner isn't ready for the starting XI." #ncfc
DF: "There will be some late decisions on some players, such as Alex Tettey, Harrison Reed and Ivo Pinto as they've had a lot of minutes recently." #ncfc
DF: "It's tempting to have the same starting line-up because we played really well, but it's also important to rotate to avoid injuries." #ncfc
DF: "Marley Watkins is still ill, and has lost a lot of weight. He's only returned to light training today." #ncfc
DF: "I was really pleased for Dennis Srbeny to get his first goal. He's really improving from week to week." #ncfc
DF: "He was outstanding in the second half. He was brave in keeping the ball, and tactically really smart. He can still adapt a lot more to English football too." #ncfc
DF: "When you wear the yellow shirt you always have blood to play for, in each and every game. You play for this city and for the whole region. We want to make the fans happy, and that's a high responsibility." #ncfc
