but there have been recent similar cases obviously. I think you'd be very likely to get away with it.

However, a burglar fell through the roof of my missus' family's place in Peru and they got into a lot of trouble for tying him up until the police arrived. And then also had to pay him damages because he fractured his ankle when he fell through the roof!
