He is spot on to be fair,

Football fans now have become so entitled beyond belief. As soon as someone delivers a bit of a home truth to them then they spit their dummy about it instead of accepting their responsibility in the situation.

Personal accountability is being sucked out of many aspects of life now. Few people take responsibility for their actions, instead blaming it on the system, other people, or other entities. A large degree of introspection is required from a large proportion of football fans at the moment. Perhaps in their lives outside of football too.
