Exactly my reaction.

Don’t think Jim was doing anything other than everyone else which was saying that the club is putting a positive spin on what is quite a drop, and where the numbers are a bit on the vague side. And nothing wrong in doing that, and I hope it introduces new fans who stay for a while. When my dad gave up his, my brother’s nephew took it. Then his younger brother and then his dad all became ST holders. So there’s a nice network effect but I feel that it’s going to need a positive season to get some new long term era.
