Sheffield U in 2007 and QPR in 2011(unless I'm reading Wiki wrong)

Like I said, I'm sure he's done fine but I don't want him. Also just because he's got Cardiff to second, doesn't mean he'd get us there. He's had plenty of seasons in the championship when his teams aren't second
