Help please!!

Car hand book says tyre pressure should be 2.2 but at the garage, the air thing is a lot higher, ie 20-35.
Does anyone know what 2.2 converts to??
Am setting off from West Country to Norfolk in a few mins, so urgent replies would be appreciated!
Also, whats weather like up there today??
