You have to drastically reduce the wage bill of your workforce.
Get rid of a lot of experienced workers....... while at the same time improve the productivity of the company with newer/cheaper workers who arn't quite up to speed yet.

Its a tough ask........ and is not achieved overnight.....

FFS this is the reality of the situation we are in.

And TBF Im not hearing anyone at the club saying we don't need any more players....... we clearly do.

I'm willing to give this a go...... why? .... because living within your means is at least a reasonably risk free way of running the club.

I guess we could do a Portsmouth and throw money we don't have.........
