Of course personnel matters

If you have a team of slow, weak tackling, slight players lacking physicality, it's going to be a lot harder to press.

Add in how a lot of teams in this division like to play direct or long ball games and of course it's going to be difficult to press well when our slow players amble towards the man with the ball who just proceeds to lump it forward and bypass the press completely.

The more you post the more I realise how utterly clueless you are about football.
