Millwall are a bad example because they do have a very clear philosophy

Cardiff would be a better example. They don’t have a philosophy they’re playing in the way they need to to get the job done.

Millwall have a philosophy of hoofing and thuggery that is effective. Much like Ipswich were when they reached the playoffs.
