There won't be an easy way unless your IT Dept is s**te as the security controls are there for a reason (to stop leakage of commercially sensitive documents/personal data)

If it's genuinely all personal stuff then have a word with IT as they may be happy to copy it over for you. I've had luck with that in the past. If you're super lucky/friendly, they may even just unlock your restrictions to let you do it yourself.

Also for things like payslips, have a word with HR as you should be entitled to copies of those anyway.
