In my view the most important issue is where he goes....

....lets face it he's off. Undoubtedly one of the best young players we have ever had, he will hopefully go to the very top of the game. He wants and needs to play regularly next season so where does he go? If he moves to a club who are at the very highest level (Man City and the like) then they might have sufficient players in that position to loan him back to us for a season or alternately it's ok if he goes to a mid table club (the like of Everton or maybe Leicester if Mahrez goes) where he will be given rein to play his natural game. However, given the money in the Premiership all teams could probably afford the £25 million that I think we will ask and the worst thing (in my view) would be him moving to a side who almost inevitably will be in a relegation battle, and that likely applies to any of the bottom 10 teams. He does come across as a having a very good football brain and is mature above his years so hopefully he will choose well.
