iOS devices without using the Puffin browser. For flash streaming android is probably a bit easier.

However “a bloody good tablet” is rather expensive for that single function, and if you’re going to pay high end prices it would be a shame to buy an inferior one just because it supports flash. Other manufacturers are equal or ahead on phones compared with Apple these days but iPads are still miles ahead of the competition when it comes to tablets.

Have you tried an iPad with Puffin and checked if it isn’t good enough?
