A fillet has to be seasoned proper or it lacks proper beefyness due to lack of fat...

...but yeah, as long as it's done well pretty much every cut is a winner...

Surprising how many bad steaks I've had when out and about. My rule of thumb is if restaurant/venue doesn't specialise in steak I usually choose something else...
