Annihilation

Yesterday the British Ambassador in Moscow handed the Russian Government a final Note stating that, unless we heard from them by midnight that they were prepared at once to explain how a Russian-made nerve agent was used to poison Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia in Salisbury, a state of war would exist between us.

I have to tell you now that no such undertaking has been received, and that consequently this country is at war with Russia.
