5.7m "foreign" residents in the UK.
If we look at the top 10 countries of origin by birth, no country with a significant ethnic Russian population is even represented, EU or otherwise.
If we look at the top 10 countries of origin by citizenship, the only country of origin in the top 10 which has even close to a significant ethnic Russian population is Lithuania.
Lithuanian citizens make up 3.3% of the 5.7m. That is roughly 188,000. Lithuania's ethnic Russian population is 5.8% of the population. Assuming any immigration would be representative, you would expect around 11,000 ethnic Russian Lithuanians to be living in the UK. Lithuania is indeed in the EU.
The only other EU countries with any decent sized ethnic Russian populations are Estonia, Latvia and Bulgaria. However, since their immigration figures in the UK are very low, rather than the millions of ethnic Russians living in the UK, you'd rather expect at most about 20k to 30k EU immigrants with an ethnic Russian background.
Not millions really. More than Ipswich get to a home game, but probably fewer than Norwich.
