Beloved of almost all football fans is the desire to stereotype other fanbases in the most perjorative beyond belief way. And those stereotypes are almost always wrong.

I've seen West Ham fans called "arrogant and entitled" on here in much the same way as Newcastle fans are so often depicted. In both cases, it's complete nonsense. Most West Ham fans know their club's place in the pecking order. Pretty much all the want is some decent football to watch, and owners who have their club and community at heart.
