if that's the case, why don't they ever post any thing constructive? It never happens.

As regards "treading water", I disagree with that. Up until we got rid of Moxey, and including the McNally era, I did think we were treading water, even when we were promoted to the PL. But now, I think we've finally got a vision of how to progress. Whether we have the personnel to make that a reality is a question none of us can answer yet.
