Fans who are moaning at Farke and Webber for this season need to get a grip. They've been here one season and are in a rowing boat in the stormy sea without a even a paddle between them. Have they made mistakes? No doubt, but they're fighting an uphill battle.

There is a common denominator for this club's lack of fulfilled potential since 04/05 and it's certainly not the aforementioned two who have been holding on stubbornly, relentlessly and selfishly all of these years at the expense of any logical sense.
