As I can't be arsed to find the earlier posts about Foulger's matching payment.

Going on Companies House site the 2009 annual report clearly shows that that year he made a gift of 360k in 1 to 1 matching of the rebate which was separate to his interest free loan.

Does anyone have anything definitive rather than rumour to say he was paid it back?

The annual reports for 2008 and 2009 make interesting reading compared with the 2017 report. Link to all filings below.
