it's not just about quality of players though, but the type of players

We clearly have players well suited to defending away from home (even against the top teams) and nicking a result on the break, but not so well suited to playing against teams who come to Carrow Road and sit deep themselves. Maddison, for instance, has been far, far better away from home where he has a bit of space to operate in and much less effective against the packed defences he encounters when we play here.
