Those companies are horrendous. They are everywhere. Have them in my sport too and

there are often conflicts of interest. In fact you’ll see people taking jobs well “beneath” them, just to take a buck for the top talent and earn from promises to kids who clearly don’t have the talent level. I’m actually dealing with a similar situation right now I think although it’s not clear yet.

They are leeches and leave a wake of destruction behind them. The shame is they destroy kids careers and/or dreams just to make a relatively small amount of money and they don’t give a s**t.
