top 2 (Man Utd and arsenal) became the top 3 with Chelsea, were joined by Liverpool, city and now spurs to make a top 6 and then Leicester won the thing two years ago.

Now we see teams like Burnley closing the gap.

And with teams like city, Liverpool and spurs getting better and better, it suggests that clubs like Leicester and Burnley have done a tremendous job.

That sounds like the opposite of what you’re suggesting.
