I wouldn't recommend using most paid-for VPNs either, but admittedly there are some exceptions. Holy s**t.

But if you're spending money on a VPN, rather than trust some unknown company, get yourself an AWS or Azure account (depending on which variety of tax-avoiding tech super-behemoth you least despise) and spin up a Streisand box instead for approx the same £££. Same result, but with actual dependable privacy, and geolocation non-specificity.

Or, just send me your f**king passwords, I promise I won't install crypto miners on your PC or tuck into your bank account.
