I had the same in Oslo 2 weeks ago. i assumed they kept the runway clear at least but

they hadn't really bothered. i guess if its falling constantly then you can't keep it completely clear.

Amazing there really, just have winter tyres on the car and everyone just gets on with it. Helps that its the "dryer" type of snow though which appears to be what we are getting this week hance its not the usual chaos yet. Its the wet, slushy stuff which then freezes which causes all the carnage in the UK.
