Kosovo wasn't prepared at all

totally f**ked up and still is to a lesser extent but they didn't endlessly bellyache about a "cold snap" they got the f**k on with their lot. There's some right old soft arsed tarts in the UK drenching their pants over a few days of relatively mild cold weather.
