Hmmm. Can't be safe. I do hope they have options. I also know there are some who seem to

refuse shelter even if offered (although a minority) and you can't really force them unless you're the mayor of Ettersbeek in Belgium who has announced that they will arrest anybody found sleeping rough this week.
