The only answer is to arm teachers and then

give them the right to blow away kids that look a bit shifty on any given day as a preemptive measure. Sure, you might lose a few innocents along the way (although one might argue they were asking for it), but we need to think about the greater good.

I've thought this through very carefully, and have decided this is the only rational answer to the present problem.
