Yes, but there is a divergence between the two at the moment

It’s closing, but there is still a gap between what is considered morally wrong and what is legally wrong from a tax perspective.

There is also a huge difference between reality (where tax is very complex and not black and white) and media / general public (simple, right or wrong, black and white).
