Those with any sense have become disillusioned and left at the rate of 1-2K a year and the rest are clearly deluded.

What part of "you have no plan going forward" do they not understand?

Is the plan to spend no money and keep racking up debts at an alarming rate while your home gates drop every season........If that's the plan.......its working a treat.
