Cup-run (say 900k)
any promo / stay-up bonuses (Pritch, Murph & Cam)

Next season's shortfall (max of 32m) is already down to 22m-ish, even before the second tranche of Pritch money (5m) and wages saved by summer departures of Wes & Tetts
If Klose, Russ or Nais go that is even more wages saved (1m each) plus any fees

So, at worst, the hole is 15m, even with Maddison staying.
