Hmmmm

I'm normally pretty gloomy on this front, but I'd say the big difference between then and us is that in the last year or two we've been hoovering up some promising youngsters and loaning them out. Thompson, Godfrey, the centre back chap.
From what I can see they're piddling their cash away on journeymen.
What with the madders cash, Pritchard cash... Etc etc. We don't have money to burn, but our cash flow/salable assets look better.

Also the higher attendance will give us more leeway with the bank.

We're cutting our cloth. We can't afford to compete derby or wolves style. We don't seem to be trying to.
