I think it's worse than that

There won't be much of a post-mortem. There are some 130,000 schools in the US - so parents are calculating that the risk of their child attending one with a massacre is negligible. And, so I am informed, there are a significant number of Americn parents fr whom their right to bear arms outweighs concerns about their childrens' safety. Bonkers eh?
