Its the same

Manipulative and charismatic people with a primary sexual attraction to children work their way into an organisation.
they have power over the children they select and percieved to have power within the organisation preventing whistle blowing.
managers dont wish to believe it could happen in their organisation or put the needs of the organisation above children. some are complicit as offenders find others.
its the same whether its care homes, football clubs, bbc, MPs etc.
