We wouldnt touch anything thats clearly focused on an individual without their consent
Uk law isnt particularly clear but generally in a public place you have no privacy. Does rather depend on the photo, nature of the shot, how it's being exploited etc
Depends how much time he us willing to spend being an arse about it with the publisher, there isnt anything he can really point to so the book isnt being pulped etc.
