Gallic shrug

I dont think there is any expectation of privacy from being snapped in a public place or at a sports event.

He might have some joy whinging at the publisher if he makes enough of a nuisance of himself to be worth paying off, but life feels too short.

(Assuming he wasnt the subject of the photo and is just a bystander)
