Thanks, Mike. Strange.

I've used Hertz from B&Q several times before elsewhere and so that was the first place I thought I would check.

When I checked at the weekend it was coming up that they didn't do it in Norwich; now I've just checked again following your post it's saying they do!

Their website is a nightmare, mind; even now it is hanging when I try to get a quote.
