i've helped to fit two.

The biggest ball ache is the wiring and plumbing so I would avoid using anyone who hasn't got the relevant approvals eg niceic/gas safe etc.

Fitting the units is a piece of cake, if you (or somwone you know) can put up a shelf then you could probably manage to fit the units to the wall (assuming that you/they can put together flat pack furniture).

I would get a proper chippy in to do the worktops though if you have any corners that require joining together.

In short, get individual tradesmen/women in to do the plumbing, wiring, plastering, put the units in yourself if you can.
