just what does he mean by these Dieter Meining (Meine?) references?

I see there are very few references to that name or names on google and I'm not sure I buy this explanation on here of it referring to some player stitched up by a ref.

Is it some kind of "touch wood" superstitious thing perhaps. Farke seems to try and get it into every post match interview
