- "I have big compliments for Stuart Webber as I think he did an outstanding job, taking difficult decisions....[last] season we had the oldest squad in the league. Now, we have a young squad full of talent."
This is bang on, in my view. Last season was the bounce-straight-back season; we didn't. This season is the first season of the rest of our lives and we've hired and fired accordingly.
- "...Christoph Zimmermann has a massive identification with Norwich."
Hands up - I wasn't convinced about signing Zimm though we certainly needed cover there. He's made that spot his own and I'm just delighted for him, as he must be.
- "The atmosphere in our dressing room has always been good, but in recent days it's improved even more."
See ya, Nae-Nae, wouldn't want to be ya, Nae-Nae
- "We want to improve our game. In many topics, we are really good but we need more consistency in our home games."
While this is a bit no-s**t-Sherlock it's always good when the key issues are identified and communicated like this - no spin, a bit of honesty and recognition that there is work to do.
I remain a Farkista.
