It's spelt 'diarrhoea'. I tried to come up with a handy mnemonic to help with spelling.

as it was always spelt wrong on absence notes (or crossed out and replaced with 'tummy ache').

I got as far as 'dash in and run right home or else arrrgh!' which doesn't quite work.

This one for 'rhythm' is better: rhythm has your two hips moving.
